This policy explains how BlindSpot Communications ("we," "us") handles information in connection with our missed-call text-back service, which sends SMS replies on behalf of local businesses to people who call those businesses.
Information we collect

How we use it
Your phone number (the number you called from). The content of SMS messages you exchange with the business. Basic call and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status).
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. We share information only with service providers that operate the messaging on our behalf (such as our telecom and AI providers) strictly to deliver the service, and as required by law.
Opting out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at rjohnson.webdev@gmail.com.
Data retention
We retain message records only as long as needed to provide and support the service, then delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
